One of the finer seating arrangements in town, tablecloths and a good atmosphere. The presentation on the food is great, we had... the pita appetizer with olives and feta. Good pita bread, and good fresh sauce and hummus. I had soup, it was good taste andsmall portion. My wife had the salad, didn't enjoy the dressing so tried it, loved it, and ate the rest. To each his own. Thegnats this time of year made us regret ordering wine, but we shared a trick with the staff for that. I had the surf and turfkebabs and all was good. My wife ordered the spaghetti with meatballs, and I ate all of the meatballs and she liked thespaghetti. Thank you for having us, the meal was $85 and we tipped it up to a full hundred. Nice quite place to eat on our anniversary, with great food. We both enjoyed ourselves!
This was our first time here... the eggplant parm. Was soggy my white sauce noodle that come with it tasted fruity! The Tortilla... soup was good I filled up on that & bread! She was nice and took it off the bill! Ill give them one more try before calling itquits the desert was GREAT! Read more
This place is extremely good! We got in right as it opened and everything on the menu was fresh and delicious! Personally... recommend the lemon orzo house soup, the fried zucchini, and the surf-and-turf plate. Parking lot is nice and spacious too. Read more
Absolutely the most perfect anniversary place to go in Crescent City! They set our table with fresh picked flowers and had a... reserved spot in the far corner (they don't even take reservations!) I pre-ordered and pre-paid so there wasn't a fuss when wegot there. Our bottle of wine was opened & poured for us, soup brought out with in 5 minutes of the wine and was amazing! We love Marlo's and are very happy to see that they have made it through the pandemic and shut downs. What a treat today,... randomly driving by and I told my husband I could go for some Chicken Parmigiana and wouldn't it be awesome if they opened at 4,it was 3:55 then. We were in luck and had an amazing meal. They are well prepared for distancing, very clean, and are asfriendly as ever! Along with my favorite Chicken Parmigiana he got Pesto Tortellini with Italian sausage and sautéed spinach.Never disappoints! Read more
The waitress Was amazing and the food was amazing. I started with a Canoli, i definitely felt like the cream could have been... thicker to enhance its quality, Then we got the Appetizer of Greek fries it was amazing and it was a huge amount as We shared.As we knew it the entrees came out my mother got the Kebab Combo to which she asked our waitress would it be enough and sheresponded that it was a decent amount. We are currently laughing about it. My brother got the big fat Greek burger with friedzucchini to which it tasted amazing as well my chicken parmesan. With those Greek fries we couldn't truly attempt to finish ourmeals but took it home instead. Huge portions and great quality and definitely up their with cost. Loved it. Read more
