I used Doordash for this order, there was my first mistake. The associate called to tell me that my order had been given away... and proceeded to ask questions and when I would try to answer speak over me. She proceeded to hang up on me when she was goingto speak to her manager about how to fix the issue. When I called the store to speak to the manager, she basically proceeded totell me since my order had been given away that it was not her problem, not those words but both rude and dismissive. Iunderstand that it is not their issue that my dasher stole my food, but the rudeness of the associates will keep me fromreturning to this particular establishment. Read more

I just stopped there to get a breakfast and was using a coupon. I was told that they can't honor the coupon because their... "system" isn't taking them. Whatever that means. We just left from there and the food was hot and fresh. The staff was very friendly . Ours kids also enjoyed how the employees... gave them a play crown. Every time we travel to our in laws , we will be sure to stop at this Burger King location. Read more
