Last night decided to eat get something from Dominos went in cause the app wasn't working. Went inside and the female employee... was very rude to me and unprofessional. So I once I arrived home w my order the hoagie I got was incredibly overcooked. To thepoint it didn't look edible. So ended up throwing it out. Worst store in this area. Read more

Really bad costumer service from the person that answer the phone .... I make an order and it was missing 1 product (1 coke) I... told the delivery guy and he said he was going to came back with the product, past 40 min (domino's is 5 min away driving) hehaven't arrive so I called to see how much time left to get the coke (as I was intended to eat with my drink).. and the personthat answered was really rude , for starts she didn't event want to understand the situation trying to avoid the call first shesaid she didn't have a women delivery (which I never mention was a women) then she said she was the only one in that store andshe didn't receive a call with a complain of missing product ( I was very specific that I spoke with the delivery guy) at theend when she understood the situation she started yelling their are understaffed and she have no idea when I will get my missingproduct and that I can go and work there as a delivery...... and at the end she hung up on my because she said I shouldn't beasking her how long will it take too came back with my missing product that I paid (who else should I ask then??????) Ps:delivery guy did came after almost 40 min with my missing product (coke) he was really nice and I understand he was the onlydelivery guy working there But just because that person that answer the phone I won't go any longer to this location (order wastoday) Read more

Called here to find out what the specials were and could not even understand the lady that was talking to me. It sounded like... she was mumbling so I finally just told her to forget about it and hung up.if you're going to have somebody answer the phonehave them speak up and talk in a clearer tone. Just received a response and it was a form letter nothing personal about it justthe same insincere form letter that they sent to everybody else who had a negative review so I'm not interested in doingbusiness with a company who doesn't really care about their customers won't be going back to Domino's again Read more

I ordered a pizza and some wings around 10:00 p.m. and I never received it. There was never a knock at my door. I had to reorder... and wait for my refund on my card until the next day. Hopefully by the end of the night I receive my order. I do appreciate theswiftness on getting the next order out Read more

We don't have a Domino's near us, so it is a usually a treat when we are out of town. The app said 39 minutes. It took about 10... minutes for the pizzas to show on the tracker as prepared. It took another hour and 25 minutes for the pizzas to be delivered.The pizza was cold and we were starving. I asked for a refund, but no deal. The store was only 2.5 miles away. I would havedriven there had the app/store properly stated that it would take 1 hour and 35 minutes to receive our cold pizzas. I tried toget a refund, but I was put on hold for 15 minutes and no one has responded to my email. Note the driver said it was becausethey only have 2 drivers. They should just close the store, if the only pizzas you can get are cold. There were also toppings onmy pizza that I do not like/did not order, and the crust was wrong on my nephews pizza. The automated computer tries to give mea coupon for 20% off to make up for their mistakes, but I think I deserve a full refund. I do not live near a store, so Iwouldn't even be able to use it until I went to a town that has a Domino's Pizza. Read more
