Service is great. The woman at the front desk was helpful and happy to help. This is actually my second time here with my first... being awhile ago. This second time, the food was okay. Chicken was moist and the breading was good. Mac and cheese was eh. Iloaded it up with the ?hot? sauce provided at the table and it helped a little. The banana pudding was okay as well. Chicken delish. Had grilled tenders and fried quarter dark. Hot and freshly cooked. Sides kinda meh. Not my idea of good green... beans. Parm/asiago fries were loaded. Prob just should have had the regular fries. Chicken served on slice of white bread, notsure why they bother. Went Sat afternoon and had place to ourselves. Staff were great though. Do you like Zaxbys or Canes? Joellas is way better and more southern. We tried a quarter dark and 2 jumbo tenders. The chicken... was perfectly cooked and our favorite sauces were the spiked honey and the pimento Ranchero. All of our sides, parm fries, mac ncheese, and the COLLARDS were delicious as well. We will be looking for more locations to visit. Manager treated us very welland let us try additional sauces with our meal since it was our first time. Great first experience! Read more

First visited Joella?s when The Banks location opened a few years ago. Now that they?re closed, I visit here way more often.... Staff are way friendlier and service was much quicker than The Banks location ever was. Ella?s Fav + Jojo Sauce = Greatcombination Read more
