Nearly every table dirty, all but 1 trash can overflowing, food all over the floors and in the playground. Receipts don't print... from kiosks, no toddler happy meal toys, no ketchup in dispensers. Employee spent 20 minutes in the only family restroom. Thisplace couldn't be any more nasty if they tried. I was here for nearly an hour. Nothing was ever cleaned. Have been hereseveral times in the last year, and it's nearly always like this. I wouldn't have come back except its the only indoorplayground open on Sundays. Won't be coming back anymore. Read more
We were travelling between Ohio and Kentucky, and we stopped by this Mac brunch. Nice place to have a meal for travellers, they... have play area for kids, and good serves. We ordered spicy crispy chicken meal, Happy meal, snd Fish burger. Was so delicious. Read more
Drive-thru slow. Cashier was friendly! We ordered 2 Carmel Sundaes & 3 Chocolate Chip Cookies. The sundaes were made sloppy...we... had to wipe Ice cream from off the sides & one was filled & the other looked like it was made for a toddler. The cookies wererock hard. All of it ended up in the trash! The 3 stars are because of the cashier that took our order! Wish I could rate justher....5 stars all day long..if it wasn't for her I would rate this McDonald's a 1. I never received the proper sauces. Other people in the group received their burger and it was like rubber. We waited 15... minutes to receive our sauces which wasn't the right sauces. They also forgot our MM Mcflurry and Carmel Frappe. Also theydidn't have any ketchup available or sweet tea available. Read more
If you have been to McDonald's you pretty much know what you are getting the moment that you walk into the place. The food is... competitively priced and tastes ok. The thing that you must then look at is staffing and cleanliness. The staff at this locationwas getting it done and I do appreciate the prompt service. However, the booth that I sat in needed to be wiped down and therewas ketchup smeared on the wall. Nevertheless it was still a good, quick meal for a fair price. As Always, Enjoy! Read more
For some reason 3 nights in a row only taking cash at 10:30pm. There is an employee who works the window is by far the nicest... person I've come in contact with at a drive thru. I wish I caught her name. She always says "baby" or "sweetheart" we lookforward to her taking our order every time. She definitely makes us smile. Read more
