This location is very poorly run. The service is never quick. I placed my order (when someone finally finished their cigarette... and had time to help me) and waited for it to be done. When my sandwich was finally done, THEN they decided to make the fries. There were no napkins, and when I did ask for some, I was given bathroom paper towels. The staff acts as if you are a botherto them. There was also completely disgusting TV remote that they had laying right where you go to pay for your food. I don't know what's happened to the Penn Stations. I love the Philly Cheesesteak which was good but the cleanliness of the place... wasn't. They messed up my guys order by putting cheese on his sandwich after specifically asking while cooking it does he wantcheese and we BOTH said no yet it was on there anyway so they had to remake it. The mop and bucket was blocking the back area tothe restroom. And there was garbage all under the drink area. This is the 3rd Penn Station we've had issues with despite thembeing individually owned and I'm not a chronic complainer but the owners need to be made aware of how their business is beingran in their absence. Great food Patricia gave great service and was a sweet heart it?s just a shame the 3-4 other employees would rather hang out out... back than to help the poor girl get customers out the door and at 8 o?clock as well I?m sure she coulda really used the help Icalled there for 30 min nobody will answer the phone on 2nd shift to save there life then when I pull in the parking lot there?s4 people hanging out outside the back door max will not stand for that the reason I said 3-4 in the beggining is cuz the grillguy is walking back and forth from the grill to outside then handling the food how awesome is that and they still won?t answerthe phone even after I said something about it while I was there. Nasty and clueless - with 3 employees and 2 customers in the store, I waited 30 minutes for food, which I saw sitting on the... counter for 10 minutes, fries 20 minutes, before filling my order. During this time I saw an employee who was (attempting to)running the register, making fries, standing around, kicking fries under the equipment out of sight, plus sweeping and pickingup garbage off the floor with her prep gloves on and then immediately handling food. I go to Penn station often and as of lately there are a couple different locations that have been quite disappointing, but this... time I went to the Crescent Springs location in Kentucky and even after having an operation and being in recovery and notfeeling well when I called to order, I?m giving five stars solely based on the attitude of the general manager Jessie, wholiterally brightened up my day with just her great attitude and her willingness to go above and beyond to provide great customerservice! She offered not only to take my payment over the phone but to come out to my car get my payment quick, then come backout with my food so that I didn?t have to go in injured. *Picture for proof of purchase I give one star because the young man who took my order was well-mannered. However, they didn't... get five stars because...my fries weren't cooked all the way through, one of my Philly chickens was a Philly steak instead,there was hardly any meat on my large hoagie (which could per management), I asked for extra mayo and that must have meant nomayo, and to top it off the steak sandwich that should have been a Philly chicken had no cheese!!
