Absolute Joke.. they tell you items aren?t available hours before closing. Everyone is rude. Something is always broken or they... are under staffed yet there?s always several employees outside smoking every time I drive by. I can?t even give them the benefitof the doubt at this point. Waited for 40 minutes at the speaker just to find out the employees were deciding to close the store at 8:30. I understand the... food isn?t the best quality but the service somehow managed to be worse. EDIT: Other than this one occasion, this Taco Bell isactually amazing. They are always fast and everything is warm and fresh when you get it. Also sometimes they hook it up with afree drink! I take back what I said completely! Everytime I've gone to this specific Taco Bell, they're always closed during normal business hours, even though the staff is... outside smoking and doing anything but working. 4 different times I've gone here, they're down for one reason or another, and onthe rare occasion you can actually get food here, its horrible quality. Don't waste your time with this one, just wondering whenthey'll close for good or some new management will replace the pitiful excuse of whoevers running it now. Read more
I went to taco bell today and ordered nachos and cheese and a quesadilla and I received an uncooked quesadilla and nacho crumbs.... Every time I go to this taco bell they have an excuse for why they cant serve us hours before closing. The one day they don?thave an excuse, they give me food that looks like this. The last 3 times my food has either been undercooked or extremely soggy. When this location first opened I enjoyed the food but... it has declined ever since. I will no longer go to this location after today?s experience. I?m not one to post reviews but Imade an exception because this is the third time I?ve essentially had to throw away $8+ in food.
