Restaurants are struggling at the moment with challenges from multiple angles including staffing. Unfortunately we ordered at... Kasa when they were in a rush period and had to wait 1 hour in store for our pizza. This was a terrible situation for a familywith an 18 month old and a wife who is 7 months pregnant. It was a miserable 60 minutes. The cashier was doing a great jobdealing with many unhappy customers. 30mins in to our wait the restaurant seemed really under staffed until 2 additional staffmembers appeared from the back. Ordered a big order and had to wait 45 minutes which is understandable. But then had to wait even longer because they had messed... up on my oder so a 45 minute wait turned into over an hr.
