Restaurants are struggling at the moment with challenges from multiple angles including staffing. Unfortunately we ordered at... Kasa when they were in a rush period and had to wait 1 hour in store for our pizza. This was a terrible situation for a familywith an 18 month old and a wife who is 7 months pregnant. It was a miserable 60 minutes. The cashier was doing a great jobdealing with many unhappy customers. 30mins in to our wait the restaurant seemed really under staffed until 2 additional staffmembers appeared from the back. Ordered a big order and had to wait 45 minutes which is understandable. But then had to wait even longer because they had messed... up on my oder so a 45 minute wait turned into over an hr. Ordered a Stromboli and they used peppers instead of onions. Do tunderstand how you can even get that mixed up not even the same vegetable. Read more

Ordered 2 slices. They gave me 3 because the slices were smaller than usual. I didn't even ask. Thanks for your attention. I... don't know how some of the people like the food and make 3 or 4 stars. Makes no sense to me. The place is clean, the cashier issmiling, the pizza is tasty - what else people need to make it 5 stars I don't understand.
