Great staff they listen they pay attention you don't have to ask them more than two times they're on point
I just started working in the area and this is the closest DD I can get to and was so excited because it?s less than a minute... from my job with a drive through, so I can stop by before work quickly. I?ve been there about five times and every single timemy order was incorrect at least one thing. I was missing hash browns once, my coffee was made wrong once, they never mix yourdrink so your first sip is just sugar, and I was missing a few other things too on a few occasions. I can?t go back to I fix itor get what?s missing because I have to work and can?t just leave. This is unacceptable and very disappointing. Lastly, I findit very terrible that if you order off the app and the store messes up you have to go through a whole process to get your moneyback or fix the issue because the store cannot fix it, you have to call customer service. I love D&D but the only thing I don't that is when it comes time for you to have your free coffee on your app and you want... almond milk Dunkin Donuts charges for it and I find that not right they won't charge you if you put milk in it or cream butalmond milk they'll charge you for it it might be $0.32 and might be $0.25 so I find that be very wrong because there are peopleout there that are lactose intolerant that cannot have milk or cream and only almond milk I find that very wrong and I thinkthat should be fixed Read more
One of the better Dunkin locations I?ve been to. The staff are nice and they get you out quick. The drinks and food are prepared... well and store looks and few clean. The drive through can get pretty busy so I often prefer to order ahead and pick up in store. Read more
Clean Dunkin? Donuts. Nice people. Spacious and they also have a pretty efficient drive thru. But it can get pretty crazy... crowded in the morning before working hours. But overall one of the nice DDs in the area and we go all the time. Read more
I am not the biggest fan of Dunkin? Donuts. However, this store needs special recognition. This is the nicest group of employees... and staff that I?ve ever come across. They always have such great energy and a smile on their face and work so fast, even thoughthey are constantly so busy, I would go out of my way to come to the specific store whenever I need to get Dunkin. Someone atcorporate needs to realize that this is a model store. Read more
