Got a 3 piece chicken meal. Every single piece was cold, soggy, and not crispy. The chicken was dry and not fresh. Third visit... here and its never been great. Never going back after this. Read more
Brand new Brown's Chicken. The staff was very friendly and the store was very clean. There is a HUGE selection of bowl meals and... food in general (unlike any other Brown's I have ever been to). They even have boxes of marked down cold chicken for sale. Ilike that option because I personally do not warm up my leftover chicken once it cools down. As I waited for my order, I enjoyedreflecting on the old memories as I looked at the huge wall with the old black & white pictures of Brown's from over 40 yearsago. Although I live under 5 minutes from the Brown's on Larkin in Joliet, I'll never go back there. I'll spend the extra timeand gas to dine at this one. Read more
They to have drive-thru service. They also have the ability to take phone orders. The chicken taste the same as it has in the... last 20 years. They still have wonderful sides like mushrooms livers and gizzards. Definitely come to Brown's it does tastebetter!!!!!!! Read more
Everything we got was perfect and delicious!!! This location made my husband Father?s Day! He has been having Brown?s ever since... he was a little boy. It was his father?s favorite and it is our way of honoring his Dad who died way to young. Read more
