Brand new Brown's Chicken. The staff was very friendly and the store was very clean. There is a HUGE selection of bowl meals and... food in general (unlike any other Brown's I have ever been to). They even have boxes of marked down cold chicken for sale. Ilike that option because I personally do not warm up my leftover chicken once it cools down. As I waited for my order, I enjoyedreflecting on the old memories as I looked at the huge wall with the old black & white pictures of Brown's from over 40 yearsago. Although I live under 5 minutes from the Brown's on Larkin in Joliet, I'll never go back there. I'll spend the extra timeand gas to dine at this one. Read more
They to have drive-thru service. They also have the ability to take phone orders. The chicken taste the same as it has in the... last 20 years. They still have wonderful sides like mushrooms livers and gizzards. Definitely come to Brown's it does tastebetter!!!!!!! Read more

We did a pickup order today for a larger order to feed 6 of us. The chicken was tough and chewy. Tasted like it had sat out all... day. Fries under cooked. Our meal was supposed to come with 4 sides?. And two were missing. When we called back? They told us?she put it in the bag?. Well.. we had two bags labeled 1 of 2 and 2 of 2? The first time I ordered the fried mushrooms and gizzard they were very good. The second time I visited location I ordered the... same thing the gizzards were under cooked and the mushrooms very greasy. It was liked the were cooked in old grease.
