We were very dissatisfied with our recent order , they literally forgot one of our pizzas , we ordered 2, although they did... deliver another one 30 minutes later for free, was too late by then. Also we were shocked at the price for just a large salad,30.00,! Very high . Lou Malnati’s is delicious and much better and is cheaper . This place is a joke every time i come. Jackie in the front who takes orders and payments, does not know the meaning of customer... service. I placed an order over the phone, and by the time I get to the restaurant she said she had given my order to someoneelse, but rather than help me with the issue she proceeded to answer calls and take everyone elses order, completely ignoringme. No communication on how this would be resolved. She even hid behind the wall to continue taking calls instead of helping meout or giving me a resolution. Finally, one of the cooks came to the front to help me out, and she wasn’t aware of the issuesince Jackie did not communicate it to anyone. She offered to remake my order and i accepted, however, i really wish i just gota refund instead. Food was cold and very rushed. This location needs help, and they need someone who can keep track of ordersproperly, since Jackie can’t do that. Read more
Got off work early so I decided to get a sandwich and some pizza cheese sticks. I ordered a Italian Beef and the Cheese sticks... and waited in my car. after about 15 minutes my order was done. I drove home and proceeded to dig in on my sandwich. When I tellyou this was the worst Italian Beef I've ever had, trust me. It didn't even taste like a Italian beef the only thing that tastedgood was the hot peppers they put on there. Oh and they gave me mozzarella sticks instead of cheese pizza sticks. I specificallyasked the guy at the counter if they served pizza sticks like at little ceasers and he said yes. Well it wasn't pizza sticks.But they were ok. They only gave me one sauce with all those cheese sticks. They need to work on their sandwiches. I wasn'tfeeling them ! Don't order a sandwich from a pizza joint. Read more
We are very pleased with Rosati's in Joliet. We have ordered twice and had them deliver to Hollywood Casino Joliet and they were... quicker than the one hour they quoted. Delivery person on both occasions were very polite and the food was hot! Even the FF werehot, which are usually lukewarm when they arrive. 5 stars Rosati's. You have gone above and beyond. Read more
Food was great. Customer service was awful. Tried to use a coupon for a free 12” with purchase of 16”. I placed the order... over the phone with the rep and told them about the coupon. She said just show in person. I made it clear I only wanted the12” if it was free. My husband picked it up and paid full price. I called to tell them my issue and the gentleman who answeredsnapped and said I didn’t read the fine print and he gets this all the time. I told him I totally get it because I didn’tread the fine print. My issue was the lady on the phone should have told me that. And I mentioned he could be kind about itbecause I certainly wasn’t rude or had an attitude. Sometimes all a customer wants is to be heard. Read more
The lady answered the phone acting S L O W. I asked if they were next door to the liquor store and she replied no, next to Word... of Life Church. I pulled up and what do you know, the church on one side and a liquor store next door like I said. Then shetells me that they’re serving slices until 4pm. Absolutely love this place. Honestly best pizza around this area. The girls that take our orders are always so nice. I'm... surprised that they have gotten bad ratings. I've been living in this area for 4yrs now tried different pizza locations, andthis is our go to place for pizza. Closest thing we can find to Chicago style pizza. Wings are good as well, bone in orboneless. And the cheese fries are good as well. Read more
The family ordered Rosatis to cater a birthday party or 50 + and we were very happy with the turn out. Everything was hot and... ready right on time. They had extra care in making sure we left with everything we ordered and there were no mistakes.Everything tasted wonderful and was cooked to perfection.
