We visited town on a Sunday morning around 9 so we expected it to be busy, which it was. There were roughly 10 people in front... of us, which we thought was fine. It was not. It took over 45 minutes to get to the counter to order, and then it took another30 minutes for our bagels to come out. At first I figured it was a staffing shortage, but then as I was sitting in the placewaiting for our bagels, I noticed all the cooks in the back goofing off and generally just not making bagels. Looking outside,the line backup had gotten to 50+ people waiting for their bagels. I hate to be that guy, but making bagel sandwiches justcannot take that long. Or if it really does, prepare better or work a little more efficiently. Anyway, we got the bagels andthey were pretty decent. The only redeeming factor here. But no way I?d wait 1.5 hours for them. Delicious bagel! I got there a bit late in the day (they close at 2), so they were understandably out of a few flavors by then.... The bagel was clearly fresh and toasted to perfection, the cream cheese to bagel ratio was spot on, and the staff seemed superfriendly from my brief interaction with them. Definitely a spot to visit while in Crested Butte! Read more
The best breakfast bagel sandwich I?ve ever had. Amazing service, super friendly staff, great music and vibes. Honestly, i love... that the owner was able to jam pack such an amazing experience in such a modest little place. Seriously blown away. Highlyrecommend the Pow! Amazing. Everyone must come here. Satisfying and delicious, fueled an awesome morning on the mountain. Hippy was divine, but... still dreaming about the cinnamon sugar with honey granola cream cheese, and I didn?t even eat that one. Read more
Great bagel sandwiches. They have so many great options it?s hard to choose! The staff are also super fun and nice.
A Man and His Bagel. We awoke to -9 degree weather. The sun was hiding behind the hills and nothing could start the day like... warm bagels. The man wanted bagels, so we drove through the snow and the ice to retrieve said bagels. We arrived and thetemperature was -11, but nothing could stop our journey for bagels. The cozy shop and the excellent service from Cole and thewhole team made us yearn for hot dough. We ordered POW bagels and the outstanding honey granola cream cheese and were nothingless than blown away. Please visit and eat good bagels. You will not be disappointed. Read more
This is probably the best bagel spot outside of New York that I?ve ever had. When I visit friends & family in New York, the... bagels remind me of Butte Bagels. How potato latkes made their way to Crested Butte is only a miracle. Don?t eat anywhere elsein town until you go here. Read more
Delicious bagels and sandwiches and such great little place. Can get a bit crowded during winter and summer seasons, but that's... because they're delicious. Nice atmosphere, from what I could tell there was mainly locals (I'm a tourist) So that tells you alot about the place. So next time you're in Crested Butte and you want a bagel you now know where to go. Read more
