The old location was wonderful, chill, warm, high energy, great vibe. The new location a few doors down is small, cold, stark... and uninviting. It's trying to be aspen or vail in cb. If that's what you are looking for, you'll love it. The restaurant'sreplies seem to indicate staffing and supply chain for the move to a hospital look and feel. Some how SS and other restaurantsin cb have figured out how to solve for these challenges. If you prefer the old space then it's a big disappointment. Walk byand look in, you'll be disappointed. We recently moved back to the valley and Montanya Distillery has always been a staple every weekend. I understand the need to... downsize, but 5 tables is a drastic change. Sadly, the new location vibe is not the same, the drink sizes have been cut in half.The fiery passion used to be a pint glass, now it’s 6-8oz? The ramen is gone, actually 90% of the food is gone. The entiredistillery is gone? At least not in CB…I may not understand why the changes are needed, but I’m allowed to give my opinionand these are my own thoughts. I miss the popcorn. I miss feeling like I’m at home, enjoying a cocktail that’s worth theprice it demands. I applaud their ability to survive Covid, but I’m sad what a price it’s paid on such a well establishedbusiness. My frequent flyer card will likely stay in my wallet from here on out, if they even kept the points system. Sad. Read more
This place is awesome! They have some of the best cocktails I've ever had. Their drinks are made with quality ingredients and we... had to buy a few bottles to take home with us. I love that they ship nationwide now so I send my in-laws a treat! I also boughttheir cocktails book from them too, yes their that good! Read more
Words cannot express how much I loved visiting this place, the Rum that is made there is amazing, bought a bottle for myself.... The cocktail drinks were amazing! The Vibe of the place was amazing, the service was great! The music was Great! And last butnot least the food, my god, it was soooooooo good, the fries were amazing! I got the Ahi poke bowl and it was outstanding. They gave you a generous amount of tuna and it was cooked perfectly. I also got... a smoked greyhound. I have had this drink here before. Sooooo Good. Oh and I almost forgot the bacon wrapped jalapeños. Youshould get some! Read more
Wow, I mean wow! My daughter took us here for lunch and the food was awesome! The mortar and pestal they use to make the drinks... are cool and the mixed drinks are absolutely amazing! This is a must stop in the entire state of Colorado. Just do it, you willbe happy. Read more
Drove down from Loveland Colorado for the weekend on October 21st with one of the main intentions was to visit Montoyas. Have... been getting your emails for over a year.
