You know the saying: "It's Subway! What do you expect?" And for the most part, that's true. This Subway is generally just fine... and the current group of employees are wonderfully perfect for the location and clientele, but they don't have the veggie patty,which means our vegetarian son is left out, so we visit far less than we would otherwise. The whole visit was very welcoming, I left my glasses in my car, Heather was patient with me.. she waited for me to call my son... and listen to his order, she was professional but still has a nice sense of humor. It's clean. The service is good. There's a variety of drinks to choose from fountain, bottled drinks and other flavored drinks... such as watermelon and unsweetened tea. I forgot to get my chips last time I was there in the manager let me get them today. Youcan also purchase gift cards; they are reloadable. Since the sandwiches are made to order it takes a little long so don't gothere if you're in a big hurry. It's attached to a bowling alley so you can also bowl and eat or bowl and eat afterwards. We have been going to this Subway about once a month for the past year. It is located in a smallish town, and I think they have... a hard time getting good on-site management and employees. Usually the workers are irritable, unsmiling and I kind of dreadhaving to talk with them. We went there again a couple days ago and the workers were talkative and pleasant which was a nicechange. Very bad service the elderly lady who works there mostly talks too much to customers to the point where we're waiting there well... over normal time. The effort is sub par, people have to go back to work we don't want to wait all day for you to talk to someonewho's local and is retired and worthless to the community let alone real men and women who are working. And a guy who wasworking there was not following protocol creating his own sandwich without a hairnet leaning all the way inside of the food preparea. Instead of helping other customers he was helping his self to food. To which I'm sure if he's an employee has to followthe same standards as a customer coming in and has to stand in line and be served in the same manner. Slow service bad customerservice. I enjoy ordering and paying online. It's so easy to do and you skip the line. You have all the choices and extras to choose... from. My sandwich is always fresh and just the way I like it. I set a pick up time and it is ready to go when I arrive. Theworkers are great always with a smile. Read more
