This is, in my mind, the least friendly and least clean subway in Canada. On one visit, an employee wiped his eyes before making... my sandwich without changing gloves. Service is always slow. Staff are consistently rude. Bathrooms are nasty. Soda machinesalways low or out of stock. Love Subway, hate this place. Avoid. Read more
I had ordered online for a meal during my lunch break and an honest mistake was made and dressing was forgotten on the salad.... The employee and owner went above and beyond to ensure I got my lunch by delivering a replacement meal to my work. I was soimpressed and taken back by the kindness and consideration! This subway is always a hit or miss. The subs are usually ok, but half the time the employees are just miserable to interact... with. Last time I went there I put in an online order ahead of time cause we were in a hurry and i didnt want to wait in thelunch line with kids. I ended up waiting an extra 15 min anyway and when I inquired about it the older woman working was veryrude and made a great show of how I was bothering her... dont have an online option if its so much trouble ??????? I have always had a good experience going in. The staff usually pays attention to detail and Jeremy is great at wraps. He is... the wrap king !!! My bf and I are never disappointed. Except for one time, I dont think the lady heard my bf say STOP when shewas putting Chipotle on his wrap and put on like a mound of Chipotle. It was like a waterfall of the sauce... almost inedible.But I like to give people second chances and haven't been disappointed since :) Read more
Maybe 815 am was too early, but no greetings, charged $3.50 too much until we caught her re: 2 for $5 deal . No apology, but... refunded us. Breakfast was typically Subway excellent though. Read more
Definitely not the best experience I've had at a Subway. Food was great, but the server didn't seem to understand what I was... asking for in my order. Also, has Subway discontinued kids combos? My meatball sub definitely tasted good though. No one does ameatball sub better than Subway. Read more
