We come to Creston every year and are always looking to try new places and saw this was one of the highest rated sushi places-... we were very impressed! The special house rolls were much bigger than we expected, and the menu did a great job detailing whatwas in each roll. A shared a Salmon Tataki roll, it was very good. I would also highly recommend the beef teriyaki Tokyo cut,one of the best dishes I've had at a sushi restaurant! The ginger was extremely fresh as well. Service was great and food cameout quickly. Came here to eat with my wife today. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves with the great view we had at our booth and the amazing... service we received. I really enjoyed my meal and experience and so did my wife. Very generous portion sizes!My wife said thather sushi was very fresh and good quality. And my chicken teriyaki was fantastic, it came out sizzling hot. Delicious! We willdefinitely be back in the future. Thank you for an amazing experience. Read more
Wow, what a pleasant surprise! Coming from the West Coast with a plethora of sushi restaurants we were spoiled and are fairly... picky when it comes to sushi! Creative, fresh, delicious and wholesome sushi, beautifully plated. You can tell the chefs areproud of their food. Nice ambiance, feels fairly authentic and friendly attentive service. High quality, generous portions, beautiful and clean shop. The sashimi was of excellent quality. The tuna was flavourful and we... were given both fatty Toro and wild-caught coho, both with distinct flavours. The softshell crab was done perfectly in thewhole/half style (whole crab fried, half in the roll, half on the side). Never was there too much mayo used and veggies werefresh and crisp. The portions were extremely generous for the price: I ordered for two people, but we couldn't finish andbrought the rest home, where it fed a third person. This is hands down the best sushi restaurant in Creston, but most likelythe best in the Kootenays. Edit: I've since returned many times and the quality is consistently high. Read more
We recently did take out for my husband's birthday. And I have to say absolutely amazing sushi !! Will be coming back soon.
We visited sushi garden and had take out in July 2021, and returned in September and ate in the restaurant for lunch. Not... disappointed! Chicken bento box was spectacular and fresh! You?ve got to eat here!!!!! Read more
This is my second time here and this place is awesome! Three main things at this place are excellent. First the food is perfect,... second the people are very polite and very friendly, third is the mood and feeling of this place is wonderful! I'm definitelycoming back here many more times!
