Hate it when items are tagged at 2 for $3. At register to pay clerk rang up Clif bars at full price. I pointed out sign which... was visible from cash register. Clerk had to go over check out sign and came back and adjusted price. Still rang up wrong bynow I was causing a line to form. I just paid and left. Read more

After topping up with gas, went in to get a diet fountain drink. First sip & could tell it was Dr. Pepper not Diet Coke. ... Advised counter staff that hoses might have gotten swapped. Response was fountain drinks sometimes taste sweeter. Had nointerest in checking to see if there was a problem. Read more
Great coffee, service with a smile (Sam) Haven't met anyone here that was crabby or had an attitude. Completely remodeled,... clean, lovely updates, nice coffee bar with actual chilled half and half!! The coffee bar includes all the fixings. HORRIBLE customer service. I've been in there a few times and each time the register person either had an attitude or was... swearing. The manager doesn't want to hear it when u call to complain he is just as bad. Ridiculous that caseys would hire thesetype of people. Read more
Why does this place have a kitchen? I have tried several times around noon too buy a couple slices of pizza. The last 4 times... they have some dried out garbage from breakfast left. When I ask the worker if they have any lunch pizza coming? They just lookat me confused. Or they say there is breakfast slices left. Well if I wanted breakfast pizza I would be here in the morning NOTNOON. It's sad and I never get a reply from the manager either. I guess I will just not stop anymore and go elsewhere.
