They are low on staff. & customers don't seem to be patient or understanding with the staff. When their staff is very friendly.
I have ordered pizza here before and have never had such a bad experience as tonight. NO sauce on the pizza. I should have... ordered popcorn chicken that was the size of the wings and would have got more of them. Oh and to top it off 12 minutes latefor delivery. Read more
The service was horrible! We waited for over an hour even after we called in and they said it would by only 30 minutes. Then... they gave our pizza to someone else and had to remake our order. They did give us a discount for all the hassle. Read more
Waiting to pick up the pizza I ordered. Waiting.....Waiting........Waiting...........well its been 15 minutes and not one... employee has engaged me however four employees looked at me. I've never had a problem with this place until a few days ago, but it sounds like it's not their fault. They say because of... covid19 you can't order a sandwich over the phone, just online. Although, you can order a pizza on the phone. What? Someoneexplain to me what the difference is and how it would help covid19 in anyway?? Lol so I called a different Casey's in the sametown and they took my order over the phone. Weird! Read more
Freshly made sandwiches have plenty of meat, cheese, and veggies piled on them. The sandwich maker is friendly. The cashier is... speedy and polite. I notice how clean the floors and windows are. The prices for the sandwiches are reasonable. Casey's is ahighly valued business for the Creston, Iowa community. Thank-you!!! Read more
