Not enough staff. Slow service. One employee seemed to be doing most of the work. Won't be returning any time soon.
Usually food was very good , this time everything was absolutely terrible! The burgers were kids size the hot ham&cheese was... cold no cheese & about 1/4oz ham. The western burgers had only meat bacon and BBQ sauce! Never again!! They only had 2 kids inthe kitchen and 1 out front and they could not multitask let alone get meals right. They need to train better people or justclose shop cuz it's just not worth the money or time to go in there anymore. If I could give it no stars or a negative then Iwould. Read more

I love Hardee's but it will be a long ti.e before I return to this one. The manager was outstanding in his efforts, but the... rest of the staff needs to be replaced or demoted to fry chef. The drive thru employee kept giving out wrong orders and thelady at the front counter would keep taking orders but not fill any. Food sat forever I'm the heater and the drive thru clerkwould take the freshest food not the first out food. Customers in the lobby would get food that had been sitting for 10minutes. Not good. Used to be great. Last few times terrible. Todays food was a disheveled mess of a burger that wasnt even completely wrapped, and... cold smashed fries. There was a 10 minute wait for this sorry excuse of a meal, and I was the only one in the drive through sothe busy excuse doesn't apply. Help seemed irritated when I wanted honey mustard. Yall failed every part of that visit. Votewith your wallet folks. Avoid this hardees. Hopefully theyll vacate town and something better can move in. Read more
I work for a railroad that stays in the motel across the street. Dozens of us have to stay. We bring trains from Galesburg and... Lincoln. We do not have cars and are forced to walk for food. Today, in the bitter cold, I walked to the restaurant and thelobby was closed. We cannot walk through the drive thru.. The manager who decided to do this is lazy and pathetic. Thatmanager's disregard for customers that they inconvenience is unacceptable. Read more
