Went through the drive through and placed our order, when we got our food, the person at the window handed the bag to my... husband, then shut the window... Said morning. Ok... We pulled forward, made sure there was at least napkins, and saw therewas. Headed out of town, as I started getting the food out, and knew the instant I grabbed the first sandwich it was going to bebad. Yep, both chicken sandwiches, my bacon cheeseburger and the fries we're almost to the point if being cold. We were on atime crunch for the holidays, or we would have turned around and requested FRESH food. Instead I ate my burger, cheese not evenmelted.. and couldn't even finish my fries. Understanding that you're a fast food establishment, this doesn't give you the rightto serve cold food! Wasn't as if you were completely dead, constant line of cars were there as we went through. Received wrong order hot food was cold and dry reheated when served. Customer service was extremely lousy! Would never recommend... to anyone and 4 others walked out after waiting 15 mins n not even being addressed. Read more
Food was hot and fresh, service was quick and friendly.. originally posted in May 2022. I visited again November 2022 to find... the prices had increased (2 McRib meal in medium size was $10.50ish) but, the food has decreased.The McRib was smaller thanpreviously had been and the medium soft drink was now a smaller sized hard plastic cup. I prefer the plastic cup but, wasdisappointed by the amount of pop now given. Read more
Slowest service ever and they consistently mess up orders. Maybe they?re just short staffed? Don?t know but they need help.
Went in to order because the drive thru line wasn't moving after 10 minutes. Heard the manager or shift super yelling at and... degrading the staff! We were using the kiosk to order and I didn't even finish the order before I cancelled and refused to orderfrom there! While we were inside, several people came back inside because orders were wrong and the staff looked visibly shakenby how the guy in charge was acting! Never have I seen a manager treat workers like that! He needs to be fired and apologize toall those employees and to the public that had to witness his anger issues! Go literally anywhere else to eat in Creston! I'llnever go back there! Read more
Food is usually pretty good. Their Big Mac is tasty. Staff taking payment are always friendly. The drivethru takes a few... minutes, but much faster than Hardee's. Read more
Sat in line quite awhile for a Mc Donald's. They let 4 cars on the other drive thru lane pass in front of me and the long line... behind me before taking my order. They also forgot the pickle on my chicken sandwich and when I was at the pickup window theywalked off as I was asking for my cup of ice. Thank goodness there was a young lady their who came to the window to ask if Ineeded something. Read more
Absolutely horrible experience. Drive thru line was clear out in street. Went inside to find same issue, nobody taking orders.... We left and went elsewhere. Read more
