This location of Starbucks earns a perfect 10 out of 10 the staff are friendly and efficient the drive-thru's crazy and they... handle it with ease their hospitality is wonderful. The store was clean and well kept they even without hesitation made me myfavorite drink a dark Sumatran pour over without any trying to resell me on a already brewed coffee. I did mobile pick up ice espresso with LIGHT soy milk ( with mean 1/4?) on Sunday (10 am). When I drink it, the taste of soy... milk is much stronger than the taste of the coffee. In addition, the coffee color turns slightly white. I hope the staffsworking at starbuck i-85 red stone need to carefully read the customer's request and re-learn how to measure to give bettercustomer service. Read more

I frequent this Starbucks when traveling I-10 from Florida to Alabama. Today was absolutely disappointing. One of the espresso... machines was down and it was pure chaos. I literally waited 35 minutes and asked for a refund because there seemed to be nocoffee in my near future. The three stars are for the staff. They remained as delightful and calm as could be expected. Itseemed like a thousand orders were coming in at once from the cafe, drive thru, and mobile orders. Managing frequent customersand the Saturday rush seemed a bit more challenging. The obligation to appease mobile orders/frequent clients appeared to impactthe way orders were prepared. It appeared orders were rearranged to satisfy the regulars. Hence first come first serve seemedcompromised and the regular client base were satisfied. I get it. Now this could all be an illusion and they managed everythingaccordingly. However this perception was noted by several individuals who had ordered inside and every customer seemedfrustrated. I just wondered if mobile orders due to circumstances should have been temporarily disabled due to the equipmentfailure. Just a thought for the next time. Read more

I have been coming here for so long now and couldn?t believe I haven?t put a review up for them yet. Although I?ve never been a... big fan of Starbucks before, this store has won my heart! I love my favorite regular barista?s and they make such an amazingeffort to show me the same love with every drink and encounter!
