Food was good, but customer service was absolute trash. Yanique was our cashier and she did an awesome job reminding me exactly... why we always go to Chick-fil-a. She just looked at us when we walked up to the cashier and did not say a word. We ordered ourfood and she acted as if she was doing us a favor by taking our order?.. I don?t want to hear that it?s fast food, what do Iexpect. But Chick-fil-a I is fast food as well and those teenagers there are great. Work on your customer service and bebetter!!! Read more
Cashier was extremely unprofessional and barely spoke entire syllables during entire transaction. First words he spoke to me and... my family when he walked upto register was "yeah?". Leaned against wall during interaction and his demeanor while taking anorder from us was so very nonchalant. I understand lack of quality workers these days, but a bare minimum of customer serviceshould be expected. As a business operator it is disheartening that this accepted these days when businesses are fighting forevery dollar in declining economy. Read more

Would give 0 stars if possible, have been there past few days just bc of the convience, have waited in the drive through over 20... mins each time, today I get to the window to get my food, the guy hands me a drink holder, I say I don't need that but thankyou, he get slams the drinks in my hand with an attitude, I say nothing pull around to find none of my sauce in my bags, goinside ask for sauce and tp speak tp the manager only to find out the rude kid that slammed my drinks in my hand is the manager.That tells me everything I need to know about this very poorly ran establishment, the other visit I must add not a soul workingthere liked their job, never smile, no wonder. It's hit or miss with this location. The guy who's usually at the first drive thru window is pretty rude and unfriendly, like he... hates his job. I honestly dred interacting with him bc I know he isn't going to reciprocate my politeness. The food usuallyisn't fresh either. There's a 50/50 chance of it being cold as hell or still warm, but hardly ever piping hot fresh. The onlyreason I gave them 3 stats is bc they seem to be the only place you can get an ice cream product after 7pm on the north end oftown. Mcds machine is always "down" and sonic closes early, so Wendy's is the only place to go when you have that craving lol. Read more
Excellent. We went through the drive thru (12:38 pm). The person taking our order had a clear speaking voice was very polite... and professional. Our order was processed quickly and correctly. Good job ???? Read more
Not impressed with my first visit to this location. Table was dirty, fries were soggy, nuggets just barley warm. Bathroom out of... paper towels. Wasn't busy and they had plenty of staff standing around. Food came quick, but you see from the picture why it wasso quick. Work on quality, not speed. Read more
Rude, unfriendly workers. Food was awful. Burger was cold and soggy. Fries were cold and salty as hell. Dining area was filthy... and unkempt. I'm amazed this place is still in operation. Won't be wasting my time or money at this Wendy's again. Read more
