This used to be a good place. I love going to happy hour but I?ll gladly drive to Florence were they actually want you to be... there. Crestview Hills is absolutely the worst service ever. They make you feel like you should have stayed home. Worst place togo in Edgewood KY! Read more

We sat outside waiting for someone to come with our order for over 20 minutes. Finally I went inside and was informed, "well we... don't have someone for pick-up anymore." When asked if anyone would have ever informed us this I was told, "I'm sure the managerwould have came out when they had a moment." I understand being short staffed but some way of informing customers of this isneeded. Since our food was waiting for quite some time inside before we got it everything was cold by the time we got to eat it.Additionally, my husband found French fries in his salad. Horrible. Felt like I was in a bad episode of Bar Rescue. Our server was good but the girl doing takeout orders really should... have been helping the servers. Instead she was at the bar hanging out with the clearly intoxicated customers. It's an extremelyworn down place that needed remodeling at least 10 years ago. It is the equivalent of the kids from high school who never gotbeyond and now are just sad and old. Do not waste your time. Read more
