Horrible. Felt like I was in a bad episode of Bar Rescue. Our server was good but the girl doing takeout orders really should... have been helping the servers. Instead she was at the bar hanging out with the clearly intoxicated customers. It's an extremelyworn down place that needed remodeling at least 10 years ago. It is the equivalent of the kids from high school who never gotbeyond and now are just sad and old. Do not waste your time. Read more

The service was great Thank you Chloe and the food was also good. Our experience was pleasurable with the exception of the... conduct of the crew in the kitchen. The way they talked to and treated our server was completely unacceptable she left in tears.When an associate speaks to another associate using that kind of language it is not only reprehensible it is completelyunacceptable. This used to be a good place. I love going to happy hour but I?ll gladly drive to Florence were they actually want you to be... there. Crestview Hills is absolutely the worst service ever. They make you feel like you should have stayed home. Worst place togo in Edgewood KY! Read more

We sat outside waiting for someone to come with our order for over 20 minutes. Finally I went inside and was informed, "well we... don't have someone for pick-up anymore." When asked if anyone would have ever informed us this I was told, "I'm sure the managerwould have came out when they had a moment." I understand being short staffed but some way of informing customers of this isneeded. Since our food was waiting for quite some time inside before we got it everything was cold by the time we got to eat it.Additionally, my husband found French fries in his salad. Ordered Applebees through door dash. The delivery time was 25 mins. Applebees kept pushing it back and pushing it back. Almost... an hour and a half later I finally got my order. The chips were so salty it felt like I was eating literal salt and nothingelse. The quac had turned colors from it sitting out so long and the meat was ice cold. It had nothing to do with door dash as Iwork in the town center and the driver was waiting for it before it was even set as ready by Applebees. Nothing was really wrong with our recent dinner at Applebee's but nothing was 5-stars either. We had great service although we... sat near the front door and almost everyone that came in stood by the hostess stand for 30 seconds or more before anyone greetedthem.
