The Fancy Nancy chicken salad was really good, but they happened to be out of it when I was there and it took quite a while for... them to make some. Am 100% sure I'd have tried another variety if I'd known they could just scoop it and send me on my way. Ihad groceries getting warm in the car all the while. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! 53 minutes to scoop out pre-made chicken salad onto toast. I love Chicken Salad Chick and frequent... the Anderson location weekly (literally), but the Crestview location needs serious improvement on timeliness and customerservice. Completely ridiculous. Finally got my food after everyone who ordered in the store after I got there received theirfood. Mine was an online order. No apology, no sorry for losing you order.. nothing. Gosh this place has really gone downhill. Used to LOVE going here when it first opened. The food was so fresh and the service... was great. Now, it has all changed. You can?t even attempt to go here right at lunch. It is so crowded and the orders takeforever! I tried placing my order online and it?s never ready on time. I was even late to work and missed my lunch break justwaiting for my food. I always get a croissant and lately they aren?t fresh at all. They either taste hard and stale or they?recold from being thawed out, therefore not fresh. The amount of chicken salad on the sandwich is now very small. I don?t feelthe value is there whatsoever. The tables are never cleaned when I try to dine in. The drink station is a mess with iceeverywhere. The service is so incredibly slow. Unfortunately we won?t be coming back. Read more
Well I thought I would give this place another try. I?m sorry I did. The very first time was great. The last two times, awful. I... prefer the egg salad . The fist time, the egg salad was really good, and a nice size portion for the bread that was used. Thesecond time they were out of egg salad, I got chicken salad. The portion was chincy. Today I thought I?d get the egg salad, wellit was so dry, and there hardly was any on my bread. It was ridiculous. Then another thing, I really only like the broccolisalad as my side, well the last couple times they were out of it. I?m just so disappointed. I really thought this was going tobe my go to place. Great first time experience!!! Great customer service! Hannah was very helpful! Staff was smiling. I will go back one day. ... I do recommend. Food was great, very yummy!!! They even offered samples of the different chicken salads. Who doesn?t lovefree samples lol. All 4 of the ones I tried were yummy!!! I didn?t try the classic because I?m sure it?s good. I had the dillbut also recommend the lemon basil! Yum!!! I tried to fill out the survey on receipt but it was long and I got distracted anddidn?t want to start over so trying to cover the basics. The atmosphere was nice, cute and relaxing. Friendly staff! For 5o?clock, I thought the place looked clean. I hope I covered the necessities!! nice place. 5 stars! The broccoli salad was myside, very good and my friend let me try her potato soup, Yuummmmy!!!!! I loved that I got a cookie and pickle with my order. Broccoli salad is awesome. Staff is always friendly. Only complaints would be needing a bigger scoop of chicken salad on... their croissants, which could be more room temperature than cold. Read more
