Third time is a charm. I treat myself to Starbucks once a week. I order a vanilla latte through their very convenient app, three... weeks or so ago, they forgot to put in vanilla, which I noticed before pulling away, the next week they added mocha, sadly I didnot notice before I pulled away and week three they made a delicious vanilla latte just how I ordered it!!! This is hands down the worst Starbucks I've ever visited and we travel a lot!! EVERYTIME I've been here, which will be no more,... they have messed up every drink we ordered. Just ridiculous stuff from simply not reading the direction label. Today I watchedthem fill every mobile order that was Venti only 3/4 full. Mine wasn't even half!!! My 11 yr old would do better. First time visiting this Starbucks and I enjoyed my experience so much that I wanted to leave a review. Every barista I had... contact with was just great and provided friendly service. I didn?t catch any names, but pretty much the whole team that wasworking this morning 7/19. Fast service, and they all acknowledged me which I can?t say for every Starbucks. Nice Starbucks located in the Crestview Town Center. No, there's no drive through which wouldn't work with the layout. It can... get pretty busy at times, so it would benefit you to order ahead on the app if you don't have time to wait. I've never had anyissues with this location, and the inside is always clean and somewhat spacious. Read more
Haven't been to this Starbucks in a year or two. It's been remodeled and looks great. Lots of seating with ample plugs for... gadgets. Made better use of space here than the Starbucks on Mall Rd. No drive thru and not the easiest to get in and out of.But if you have some time, this is a great Starbucks for a cup of coffee. Edit December 2021: Feel like they remodeled again?Maybe not. Definitely a busy Starbucks. They have enough staff and they were cranking out the drinks. Love the amount of indoorand outdoor seating--almost like they're inviting you to sit and chat for awhile. I ordered a hot chocolate and a mocha in the store. The store was busy but my order still should've been done pretty quickly... based on how many people there were. Well 30 minutes go by and they still haven't done my drinks. So I go up and ask if theywere lost in the process and they tell me they will do them next. 15 minutes go by and many drinks and still not mine. So I goup again, this time quite angry that our quick stop has turned in to the longest errand of the day, and ask what is going on.Everyone who was in front of us and behind us in line were long gone and I was at the point of just leaving without a drinkbecause I refuse to wait an hour for a hot chocolate. They tell me that they'll make it next (i've heard that one before). Thistime they actually do make it next and the mocha tasted like hot milk with a little chocolate. So basically we spent close to anhour waiting for steamed milk. Waste of time and waste of money. Read more
