Love the food from the whole chain. It seems like this location hasn't trained staff very well or isn't really managed. It was... over 5 minutes before we flagged someone down for our drink order, and the whole dinner took an hour and 20 minutes. Thewaitress admitted she was new, but a manager never even stopped by to check on us. Still good food, and the kids ate free(Monday night's deal), but not really worth the wait. Read more
We came in on a Thursday night and we?re starved. I had my two young sons with me. My youngest insisted on bringing his tiny RC... car in. I was stressed. We sat in a very charismatic and happy young lady. She made special accommodations for my specific wingpreference. I checked my bill at the end of the night and it was spot on. The waitress I had was GREAT! However, the rest of my experience was not so great. My party was seated away from every one else.... And the manager stood 5 ft from my table watching is the ENTIRE time. And then when I got up to go to the bathroom hequestioned me about where I?m going as if we were trying to run out on the bill. Food was good, service was good, but kitchen was crazy slow. Well over an hour and a half for two burgers and some cheese... sticks. They were not busy. We were not in a hurry, but did have the baby without who was not only hungry but very tired asthis pushed well past her nap time. Not putting blame, just staff should understand what they are seating and how to manage itbetter is all. I love the atmosphere and all the tvs and just overall setting. By far some of the best wings in town, and I'm pretty sure I've hit every places that sells wings in the area! The beer... selection is decent, and there's plenty of other great pub style foods on the menu, but I always come back for the wings! Theirnew Hickory smoked wings are especially good, and the blue cheese dressing here is worth a visit just for that. It gets a bittoo noisy for me to eat in, but their carry out is pretty on the spot and there's an app to make ordering ahead easier. Read more
