Poor management!! I walk in there at 7:55pm and have to be told by another customer that they are only taking online orders. So... I get on my phone and place my order which now won't be ready for 12 minutes minimum. After waiting 15 minutes for my littleorder of 3 tacos I finally ask one of the employees if they switch to online orders only EVERY NIGHT? He says "no, we were alljust on break". I said, "you all went on break at the same time, why would you do that?". He said "because that's what ourmanager told us to do". ????. I asked the manager WHY she didn't stager her employees breaks and she claimed they were shorthanded and she had no choice, but I counted at least 6 if not 7 staff working so I don't know how short handed she could havebeen. Bottom line is I waited 20 minutes for 3 tacos at CHIPOTLE of all places. Ridiculous! Poor management! Read more

Order food on the app for first time. I had my mom pick up. She waited in the parking lot till it was time to pick. She got home... the food was really cold not hot at all. For one of the orders I asked for double chicken. It was hardly any chicken in it. Thefood was bland no favor in at all in chicken, steak and rice. I give this place plenty of chances to improve. Just ate a chicken bowl. It tasted like I ate a rice bowl. How can Chipotle continue to add less chicken and charge so much... more. No justification. Service has been horrid here. Tonight good but honestly the person making it is different every time andit changes too often. Disappointed too many times. Done going here. Stockholders are making money and profit yet customersuffers. Need to take action and stop rewarding this company. Join me if you share my experience. Such a poor service . Quantity of food is very less compared to other chipotle. We need to carry exact cash and most of the time... they won?t accept card too . In rush hour like lunch times , only one person to serve food . There is no other option for zerostar , that?s why I am giving 1 star . Read more

This has got to be the dirtiest Chipotle I have ever been to. The food service line was a mess. The girl hurried my bowl as I... was trying to tell her what I wanted in it, then to top it off Chipotle still has the change shortage sign up & I gave the girla $20 & she said exact or card only... Well Chipotle there is no change shortage. I stopped coming to Chipotle and decidedtonight I wanted it. Now I remember why, I won't be back again... Read more

The service was so incredibly slow. The line is out the door and one guy making orders while 2 people on registers. The girl at... the register rushing people so fast charged me for my guac didn?t even put it in the bag, then packed the food so sloppy that mybowls leaked through the bag and all over my car seats cause she put the burrito in the bottom. I usually do not go to the Crestwood location but decided to treat myself after work for my Birthday. The restaurant was out of... chips first off, but that wasn?t the issue. The time was a little after 8pm, now mind you the restaurant closes at 10pm andyes, they had multiple employees on duty. The food that was on the serving line looked old and you could literally see the foodhad been sitting there for a while. Nothing fresh was being prepared as the grill had been cleaned which obviously they did notwant to cook and have to reclean it. When I brought this to the employees attention, he gave me a look of confusion like almosthow dare I call out the lack of fresh food being served. He then went and got the shift manager and after he was made to see therealization of what I was pointing out, he admitted that some of the food had definitely been sitting except for the chickenwhich he claimed was fresh. In closing, after taking a chance and consuming what I bought, it is a decision that I regret asthe food did not taste anything like the Chipotle?s I have grown to enjoy so I will not be patronizing this location again.Clueless employees?clueless managers.
