I always have a great experience at this location! Every employee is friendly, the food is always hot and cooked well, and the... drive thru often moves very fast. Stopping by this restaurant was the best experience I've had in recent times. Every single staff member I encountered left me... smiling and feeling very good. Every single staff member I encountered was SO POLITE. The staff definitely made my diningexperience better than any other I can recall. Every single staff member responsed to "Thank you," with "My pleasure." But itwas truly MY pleasure to have experienced such excellent and attentive customer service. Ordered drive through person on the other end seemed to rush us. Ordered 2 of the same burger but fries with one and curds with... the other. Only got fries. Thanks.. foods good but I wish we weren't charged the extra for the curds. Especially after 31$ forburgers and fries from a fast food place. Read more

Although my rating is mid-range, the food is always fresh and hot. I got the butter burger with bacon and cheese. For some... reason I remember the burger being a little bit thicker, but not today. Well I love Culvers for lunch at work. Wasn't till later that I checked on the Veggie Burger I got and this is what I opened the... box to see. Patty is overcooked too quickly and appears to be missing like half the sandwich? It's kind of funny I'm assuming itgot stuck to the grill and scraped. The other side is very light so they might have not flipped it at all... Pretty disappointedit's my favorite burger but I am not hungry looking at this nor do I want to go back soon.
