I desperately needed a meal ASAP a week ago. On that particular day, I felt like I had a hangover but it was just from... overworking myself, stress, kids, etc. I needed a QUICK meal to bring me back to life. The Chow Mein seemed reheated. It was hot& steaming but soggy & mostly unappetizing. It also had an excessive amount of cabbage & it was all small, cut up pieces ofnoodles instead of long, properly fresh cooked strands with minimal cabbage & fluff. The Orange Chicken was decent but not thebest. No issues with the drink machine. The Teriyaki Chicken was pretty good. The sauce on the side came in a packet. The last100 times I've been served Teriyaki sauce on the sauce from other Panda locations, it's come in a clear plastic cup with a lid.And it's easy & convenient to dip your pieces in there with a fork. I was quite displeased with this! I wanted to initially ratethis experience with one star. However, the meal did do its job. I was unable to finish & left but snacked on & finished therest of the food throughout my busy day. Panda locations are now hit or miss. This other Panda location in Lombard when I passthrough there has UNBELIEVABLE noodles & orange chicken most of the time. This was nothing like that. Read more

Worst Panda Express I?ve ever been to. I love panda but this one has a manager who ruined the place. I always get the premium... sides which should be better and they?re getting smaller every time and not fresh at all. I talked to the manager, he was sorude. I think there?s new management trying to cut costs disregarding the service and customer satisfaction. Read more
The food was pretty good. A nice restaurant to get a nice quick meal for a nice price. They had plenty to choose from, but I... will suggest to stay away from the grilled teriyaki chicken. Now the orange chicken was delicious and I do recommend that. Read more
I wish I could give this no stars at all! Went to Crestwood location and the young lady who was hardly like running the drive... through was RUDE to say the least. After feeling like we argued to get our order in, we finally got through it. IF YIU READ THEPREVIOUS COMMENTS there are complaints about the girl in the drive through CLEARLY!!! After we get our food we get home and notonly is the pop with no ice flat but also, my friend finds a huge pieces of plastic cooked in with her chow mein. I called andthe ?person? in charge said they were sorry and to come get another one. I was home and settled and do not want another one.Somehow this person guesses that the plastic Was in the chow mein as if this is a very normal reoccurrence. After I told him Idon?t want to come back they just said come back anytime with your receipt and we will give you free food they didn?t take myname phone number or nothing. This place is obviously ran by kids super dirty and unsanitary I will never be back!!!! Read more
