Went throught the drivethru. Paid for the order and waited. After a few minutes, someone came to the window and told us a new... total, presumably for the car behind us. They had forgotten to give us our food. Then we waited for anothern4 to 5 minutes toget our food. The tacos were supreme, which they wer not supposed to be so my youngest wont eat it. We stopped for a quick bitewhile out to settle the little guys growling tummy. That was a mistake. Read more
Nice staff. However with only two customers it took 10 minutes to get my order. Food was OK, but nothing to brag about
Every time I come here something is missing from my order. They skimp out on meat, I got a crunch wrap with basically none on it... and I usually have to empty the inside of a taco into it. The drinks are also very syrup-y to the point it's gross. We have towater them down. Read more
Drive thru wait was 45 mins. No exaggeration, actually 45 MINS. Ordered 4 Doritos locos tacos, got 3 and 1 regular taco. All... tacos were given to me as supreme which was not asked for or desired. All tacos were soggy mushy and ice cold. Couldn't even eatthem because they disintegrated when i tried to pick them up. Staff was inept and seemingly unaware of the extremely long wait.Very upset that I chose this taco Bell but will not make that mistake again. Absolutely awful Read more
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed an order today (08/21) online. I went through the drive thru to pick it up around 2:33PM. I... informed the worker through the speaker that I was here to pick up for ?Jocelyn?, the lady tells me to ?pull around?. I pullaround and the food is still not ready. Which can be understandable. However the way they communicate is so unprofessional andmakes the place look poorly managed and ghetto! The lady is yelling with her coworkers that I?m at the window. You hear one yellback ?Well tell her to go back around!!?. Like ms. Ma?am you?re the one who instructed me to pull to next window. They were justhollering in there.. moving super slow. Waited 12mins in drive through and it was only 11:15am. My $5 Crunchwrap supreme was all cheese and tortilla. If there was... 1.5-2ozs of beef on there I?d be shocked. It didn?t taste good either. Been coming here for years and service and food have beengetting worse by the year. Read more
