If I could I would give this Wendy's location 6 stars across-the-board! Food was outstanding! Fresh and hot! Service was amazing... also had my food within 5 minutes of ordering it. Bathrooms were immaculate so was the seating area where I dined in. I wish Ilived closer because this is the best Wendy's experience I think I've possibly ever had! Read more

13400 S Cicero Ave, Crestwood, IL 60445 This location never has inside service. They should just advertise that they are... drive-thru only! It really is frustrating when I walk from house to the location, but they won't serve me through the drivethru. Employees are rude about the entire interaction and not worth my time to ever go back to this wendys. I'll walk farther toa place that actually follows thier hours of business. Read more

This Wendy's Employees have a very bad attitude. Never mind you I was in there tonight Which is a Tuesday at 8 PM there was a... white female a dark complected male. He started out with the attitude over the speaker when we drove up. It was reallyirritating . The female came to the window to bring the food. I asked her to fill my cup backup because I asked for light iceand got a whole half a cup of ice and instead of making sure I had a full drink they scooped out the ice with some of my drinkand just gave me what was left over and then she showed her attitude because she had to change it . I asked for an extra bun andI paid for it and they did not even bother to toast it. I order this all the time from Wendy's never experienced this type ofattitude. I feel like they are in the wrong profession and if they're gonna continue to deal with people they should becritiqued to have a better attitude unless Wendy's just doesn't care about its customers, only it's employees . I really wouldlike to see some changes made Regarding that concept or at least acknowledgment that they're gonna do something about theiremployees cause that was ridiculous. You guys know me you know I'm gonna give it like it is. They also gave me 1/2 the fries anddidn'tgive me the frosty I paid for. I will be going back to talk to the management in the morning.. Why has it become impossible to eat inside Wendy's? Everything I take my kids the doors are locked. Not just this location... either. The food was fine, that is, after we drove home to eat it 10 minutes later. It's disappointing. Read more

Be careful not to complain about your food here & have them remake it. Who knows what they will do to it without you being able... to watch them cook it cus the lobby is closed. Might find a special surprise inside your food. My food smelled werid.. not likea normal Wendy's. I threw it out. I didn't trust it. Read more

Worst Wendy's I've even been too! This was the 2nd time in the past 2 weeks I've gone to this location. The first time me and my... fiance got two 5 doller biggie bags and in both of our orders the food was ice cold especially the fries so he ended up gettinga remake of the order today. We tried to give the benefit of the doubt and tried to say maybe the first time was just a mistakebut sadly not the case. The food was even worse this time!! Ice cold and it literally is only 2 minutes down the street from myhouse. So gross. If I can give no stars I would. Now the Wendy's on 79th and Harlem is the best Wendy's ever!!!! It was OK not too friendly they didn't have certain items Like no large cups. The Burger was good but the fries were cold. Not... sure if I will visit this location again. Read more
