Had dinner here today, ate nothing but some boneless hot wings w/ranch and ended up with terrible abdominal pain and violent... vomiting about 6 hours later. it was the most foul, acidic thing. bright orange sauce mocked me from the toilet bowl while Iwheezed and fought to get the lumps of mashed acid chicken out of my throat. the taste was haunting. I coughed up blood, and Ican't tell whether it's from my stomach or my throat because they both feel raw and painful. I've never had this happen before,anywhere. thanks for my first formal food poisoning, wing stop. guess it had to happen eventually. also, the ranch tastedgreat. Read more
This was absolutely the worse experience by far. The cashier is very rude and will hang up and pretend to not hear you, when... placing the order. I placed a call in order for my sons get home, the fries had so much salt as if an entire bottle was emptiedon them. I?m glad I checked before my kids ate them. I did an online order at this location from their app and was charged and then was informed that the order was ready from the... app so when I arrive they had no record of my order and was running around with confused orders so needless to say I requested arefund and will never ever return there or any other Wingstop because I noticed new owners or managers at two locations and thequality of the food is going down fast so be warned. Placed my order at 11pm online , get there and Anji Patel asked for my name , I tell her and she says you don?t have an order .... I step to the side and 3 more people come in and she asks their names. She gives them their orders and then I try to give herthe order number , she said they have had server issues and it?s not in the system. I asked if my card will be refundedbecause the charges went through. She said in 72 hours and that was that. Walked off and started sweeping , no sorry or nothing.Anji, a sorry would have been nice . The BEST Wingstop I?ve ever order from. Literally, I?ve been to several Wingstop in the area and in chicago but this one has... excellent food. I?ve order the same order here and somewhere else and this place blew them out the water. I usually have verylow expectations from a Wingstop but this place is great. I went in to order the new chicken thighs that have been advertised and was told I had to order them online. I've never heard of... a restaurant requiring you to order a certain item online while other items can be ordered in person. Read more
Everything was fresh. The fries had just the right amount of seasoning. If you've never eaten the rolls before try them, they... are oh so soft and delicious when fresh out. My 2nd favorite Wingstop location. Read more
Absolutely the worst customer service period.. I oder a Family meal which is 50 wings and 2 ORDERS OF FRIES Which I stress to... the cashier if my order was complet with my order of fries.
