OH MY GOSHHHHHHHH CLOSE THIS PLACE OR HIRE NEW MANAGER!!!! Yes my 82 year old father and I came in at 21:30 but the young staff... WANTED OUT!! They poured all of the iced tea out already. My dad only drinks tea. They approached us 10 minutes beforeclosing (TWO employees) and said, "Uhhh could you guys hurry up a little because we are closing and need to leave" Theyapproached us a SECOND time! 5 minutes later and the other one rolled her eyes ( she was young of course) they wanted NO PARTOF US BEING THEREl ) It sort of upset my dad as he couldn't eat that fast. They said, "you can just box it up and eat itwhen you get home because we closed". I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE EVEN OF OFFERED FREE MEALS FOR LIFE. WHAT A SAD STAFFAND I blame management 1,000%. I have told friends and family about this and hope the employees learn how to be professional. I've seen MUCH better treatment from the same age groups elsewhere. My dad lives near there and was hoping for good servicebut got treated like a teenager. So many people in our community just like myself are disappointed that the buffet was done away with at our Hometown location.... This place continues to fail at customer service, and a hometown feel more and more each day. We have found other establishmentsto accommodate until Hometown gets back to basics and gets their act together. Read more
Had 5pm vet appt nearby so decided to order take out afterwards. Bunch of young teens who didn't seem 2 know what doing and more... interested in socializing. First they handed me just the 2 individual pizzas. Had to ask what about the rest of my order, thesalad and deluxe bread. Wasn't ready so gave the pizzas back. Salad finished, said bread would be done shortly. When bread donea girl just yelled out "deluxe bread" So then I had the bread and none of rest of order. Reached over myself and started pickingup the rest of my order off of the rack. Order was never placed together in a bag, lucky didn't drop on way to car. Got home tofind deluxe bread didn't have any of the sauce, and half of house salad greens were black and wilted. Have pic. Pizza was great. Read more

Restaurant is being run by young teens with no sense of direction or good leadership. Witnessed someone wait 45m for their food... and ended up walking out. Personally waited for 35m for refills. Total time spent in here was well over an hour, a majority ofit spent waiting on the basics (drinks, apps, and check). On the one hand, I feel bad for the service staff, but on the otherhand, it isn't rocket science to be a server. The level of incompetence here was astounding. The server that walks like a duckneeds to get canned. Couldn't even get some eye contact from him. Felt like we were being purposefully ignored. Only redeemingquality was the food. Read more
We ordered six personal pizzas, each with different items and a large cheese bread. Everyone was satisfied with their personal... pizzas. This was one of the best pizzas I have ever had. They gave a good amount of toppings and the pizza was extra tasty. Thecheese bread was also very good. Highly recommended! Read more
Not a great Hometown location in Louisville. We do takeout a couple times a month as it's close to home, 6/10 of our orders are... correct. I order at the Middletown location for work and it is far better, more accurate and better service. Recently I washere to pickup a takeout order, they had our pizzas ready but accidentally burned the breadsticks. Instead of giving me the nextbreadsticks of the right size that were ready, they handed out a couple dozen more orders to people who came after me, and putan entire new order in that I had to wait for, and then they realized they had to remake our pizzas that were, by that point,cold. I got home an hour later- 90 min after I had ordered, and of course paid full price as I had paid online when I ordered.They did offer a free fountain drink while I waited... Tonight's "colossal cheese" order was mistakenly made a regular cheese;we have often had toppings forgotten, put on the wrong sides, etc (which matters with kiddos who only eat certain toppings).When it's right it's GREAT food, at this location it's just impossible to rely on getting what we ordered.
