The pizza was cooked fine as expected, however the employees there are rude and inattentive. They don?t have any customer... service skills. They told me my food wasn?t ready and suggested I go to my car to wait and I didn?t appreciate the suggestionfor me to just come back later. Horrible, just a horrible store. The mangers and owner cannot run the store correctly what so ever. After waiting over 30... minutes for pizzas (that was ordered ahead of time via app) I finally asked for a refund then was cussed out by adults actinglike teenagers! Placed order 15 minutes ahead time. One pizza one bread item. Very small order. Waited in line another 10 minutes or so. So 25... minutes get to the window and it?s not ready ? Have to come inside. I have a baby in the car tell them that we?ll you still haveto pull around. I pull right around step inside and not 60 seconds it?s magically ready. So now I have the baby, keys and pizzato carry out with no help. Pizza was ice cold, undercooked and missing cheese on huge sections. Bread was piping hot so that?ssomething. I?ve requested a refund through the website. If I don?t get it I will dispute with my CC company. I don?t expect muchfor $9.99 pizza but the inconvenience plus bad food is just bad customer service. I ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza on door dash at the crestwood location. When the pizza arrived we open the box and we see... 2 burnt pizzas. The crust and the cheese were black. We tried calling but they would not answer, and when they did answer theywould leave immediately and just have the phone sitting there ignoring us.
