Usually a really good McDonald?s. Just not right when they open. I live around the corner from this location. I stop once or... twice a week for breakfast. They open at 5 am. Except they don?t!! They will not acknowledge.that you are there until about 10after 5 (some us have to get to work.) there is usually two lines waiting on them to answer the drive through. The last fewtimes I?ve had to just drive off, it?s 5:10 am and still won?t acknowledge that I am there. This has happened a least half adozen times in the last few months. If they?re not going to take orders till 5:10 they should let people know that. So now Iwill just go to Mickey Ds by my job in Louisville. Read more
Terrible service on weekends when managers are not here. It?s taking 15 mins for 1 10pc meal and some cookies. Nothing should... take longer than 5 mins. at least 4 workers just hanging out. Several complaints on here about how bad these kids are atworking. The problem they don?t have leadership to make sure it?s not terrible. Thank god Dairy Queen is here. Their highscool crew is terrible. The frys are always hard and cold, and when you order extra pickles they give you less then if... you didnt even order extra pickles. You all definitely need new workers bc they?re current ones are absolutely terrible Read more
Worst McDonald's around. I've been here a handful of time and 80% of the time they are so slow and get my order wrong, and just... don't care. I rather go to the McDonald's on La Grange rd then stop and eat here. But let's face it, I have kids and sometimesit's easier to get takeout so I'll be back and wait 30 mins for my order just to take it back to the counter for them to correctit. Read more
I am not a fan of mckyd's but the coffee is still one of my favorites and the breakfast. I wish they had more options for... diabetics ie. muffins, pancakes using wheat (This goes for all of them). This one is very clean but how it was built it getsjammed up in drive through really quick, this needs to be fixed. Read more
Well to start another gentleman came in and complained about his order which was 238 which was fixed, they put his sandwich in... with my food which was order 651. When we took it up to complain they didn't believe us even though the order was taped to thetop of his sandwich box. Then they forgot my wife's drink and had to get that......the fries tasted horrible like they werecooked in a mixed fryer, flavor of fish and chicken on them........this place needs help...adult help looks like a bunch ofteenagers running it. This is one of the better McDonald's in the area. There are two others that are a bit closer to my home but we always come here.... The staff is fast and friendly. Read more
