Kids did not like stuff crust, but they waited until it was cool. warmed it up and it was great! ????

Monday night. Said would take 38 to 48. Took a full hour. Tracker not helpful. On delivery for very long time. Map useless. Was... dumped on front doorstep. Was barely warm. Had tipped 20% when ordered. Think from now on will only tip when delivered. Ourorder last month came fine. 10/22 order also over an hour. Read more

Stay away ....... I have tried this papa John's about 6 times in the last year and everytime it was just terrible . Most of the... time it is under cooked . A couple of times it took around a hour and a half to be delivered and my order was wrong . When Icalled to ask about it the young lady that answered started yelling at me and told me that I could call another papajohns ...all in all I would not suggest this one to ANYONE ...There is an issue EVERYTIME... The pizza is decent. It?s not as good as Hometown, however they get the pizza out quickly and usually accurately. Delivery is... always fast. It loses a star for their consistent inability to cut the pizza correctly. It?s often not cut all the way throughand it?s never cut remotely evenly. It?s almost like they just close their eyes and run a cutter across it. Read more

Still hadn?t received my order 40 minutes after it left the store?an hour and a half after ordering. I called the store and the... manager Jeremiah said, ?I dunno all I can tell you is it?s on the way.? I live 10 minutes away. I called back 15 minutes later,now a total of 55 minutes after it left the store, or an hour and 45 minutes after ordering. The manager Jeremiah was obviouslyannoyed by me. I asked that he contact the driver and check on his well being, as I live 10 minutes away and it had been closeto an hour. He said, ?Yea I don?t really care. All I can tell you is it?ll get there when we get it there.? I suggested that hecancel the order and he said, ?Nope, too late. It?ll get there when it gets there.? TWO HOURS AND 26 MINUTES AFTER I ORDERED, Ireceived my stone cold, BURNT, $65 worth of food. Absolutely disgusting. Read more

Ordered a NY style pizza and was delivered a regular crust. No big deal, mistakes happen. An employee there told me it would... ?take over an hour? to send out the right pizza ?. (Yea right, nice try) Then I get the luxury of speaking with Nathan themanager who tries to tell me I can?t really tell the difference between the two. After assuring him I could- he stood firm andkept at it ?it?s just a bit thinner?. Being the second time I?ve had wrong orders from here I said ?just refund my money I?llget my pizza elsewhere? which he promptly and with a sarcastic chuckle in his voice agreed. I then told him a review wouldfollow and he arrogantly posted up with ?go ahead don?t forget to put me in there my name is Nathan.? People like this need notbe in the customer facing side of business. This was an easy fix to keep a customer Nathan. It goes like this: ?we are sorry, wewill send the right pizza out as soon as possible, please be patient it?s really busy right now.? ? ?thanks Nathan! You?re thebest ?.
