The drinks are as good as any other Starbucks but parking is horrendous!! Trying to get in and out while navigating the overly... crowded lot with drive through line is dangerous and nearly impossible. Even with all of that, there is an employee with a blueBronco sport who takes up a valuable space directly in front of the entrance every single day, having no consideration for thevehicular traffic in and out of there. I stopped by this location after an appointment a couple of weeks ago for my birthday drink. I used the mobile app and order my... pumpkin spice coffee which was perfect and I didn?t have to wait too long but the girl at the window wasn?t very friendly. Ihave been to this location in the past and have had pleasant workers greet me but it has been quite some time before thepandemic. I also have used the restroom at this location and it has been a wreck. I think the other location I go to on theother side of town has better service by far. I also agree to the post about the $7 milk. I have had that happen to me as wellat this location but it has also happened at one other location. Read more
I?ve never been to a Starbucks with rude workers until today. Asked kindly to remake my drink when all they gave me was milk for... $7, when I clearly ordered a coffee. She told me she wasn?t remaking it with the dirtiest looks or give me my money back. I?mglad I was able to contact corporate. Never ever going to this Starbucks again. Read more
Although there was a great deal of activity here from the baristas, they don't seem to accomplish much. Extremely tedious and... slow service. And then when your beverage of choice is ready they mumble your name. So you have to walk up and look at thelabels on all the cups. But they were pleasant people. At least there's that. I don?t recommend placing an order when they?re busy, your drink will usually be made wrong but when they?re not busy the drinks... are consistent. I also recently went here two hours before close and waited in the drive through for awhile, even said hello tothe speaker and I ended up having to just leave without getting to place an order. Not sure if they closed early without postingnotice anywhere but I was disappointed. Read more
One of the worst Starbucks? location ever. The staff is extremely rude. Not friendly or approachable at all. Don?t even bother... doing a mobile order here. Your coffee will tastes like water. This place is SO clean. we went there at seven pm and it was nearly emptyy. The people that greeted us were SOOO nice and the... bathrooms were so clean. I love the very berry hibuscus refresher.
