It was very good, there was a gentleman there who had a problem with his food and he was being very loud as the crew tried to... help him but he left still angry. Do NOT go to this Taco Bell. Staff is terrible, and just do not give a F. Good food, but forgot items. Didnt have time to... call or go back... Check your bags in the drive-thru! Update: Wouldn't allow lobby access to pickup order, had to wait 30 minin drive-thru for food that was already made. Read more
Worst fast food place I have ever been to. Their website said the cheesy bean and rice burrito was $1 so I ordered four. They... charged me $1.49 each. They were out of Mexican Pizza shells too. When I asked about the price difference they said to calltheir main office. Employees were very rude. On a previous visit I paid with a $100 bill and was shorted a dollar. When Icomplained I was given the additional dollar but when I got home I saw that the two chicken burritos had chicken scraps in itinstead of real chicken. Customer service is something to be desired. I watched a gentleman walk in ask if anyone was working the counter, he was told no... by the same person that just took my order at the counter. The gentleman turned around and left. It took 10 minutes to gettacos. Will not be back. I can understand why they can?t get help. Read more

Ordered a vegetarian item, it took forever and they gave me a beef burrito instead. I took a bite and realized it wasn?t the... correct item. I?m back inside dealing with a manager who is apparently stressed to the max and making sure that everyone knowsit! Very unpleasant experience. Probably won?t be back. I will say that the other employee did apologize and was quite pleasant.These fast food workers are clearly overworked and underpaid. Read more
