I would give it no Stars if I could. I drove up to the speaker and was told sorry the fryer isn't working. No other explanation.... I then asked if they carry a certain flavor of soda. The response was we aren't taking orders. But this wasn't told to me when Iwas told the fryer was down. And how does that stop you from making a soft taco???? Read more

I was really excited to get a Taco Bell near us, but it is just another disappointing, understaffed fast food restaurant. I have... given them multiple chances and have yet to get a correct order. You never know when they will be open, and the inside is alwaysclosed. I don?t foresee this lasting long with the amount of money they are losing out on from people who would make this aregular stop. The owners really need to step up and put in some work. Read more

The workforce has the menu shut off and has a bad attitude because I showed up at 12:30 am when they were supposed to close at... 1:00 am. How about you go get a job where you enjoy working and leave the position open to someone who will actually do thejob? If you don?t like the job, don?t fill the position and that will drive ownership to offer a more competitive compensationplan, but don?t take your unhappiness out on costumers. I had an excellent late evening fast food experience at this location. I?m glad I didn?t read these reviews before going there. ... The food was good, the service was excellent. The new building updates were actually attractive & modern looking. They musthave changed because none of the negative reviews seem to apply to my experience. Read more

I'm not huge on not being able to order at the drive-through window. I have embraced it but I dread going to this Taco Bell. ... The food is lukewarm when you get it but it's the attitude of the employees. It's not any specific employee. They let you knowvery quickly they could care less if you eat here or not. To tell you the truth they're so rude if I had not already paid formy food I would have just drove off and tell them to keep it. Whoever is working tonight, promote them. 9/16 My wife and I just finished eating after a drive through at this location. It... was some of the best Taco Bell I've ever had (including 2 am trips in college when there isn't much else that's quite asgood). We got a variety of basic items. Nothing new, nothing crazy. If I had a way to check who was making my food, I'dprobably go more often. Nice work. Read more

Extremely slow service every visit (5+) since it opened. The last two orders (end of August and 9/8/22) they gave the absolute... least amount of meat possible and overloaded with lettuce.. I was so excited to have a Taco Bell nearby but they have donepoorly with staffing and providing reasonable food. Read more

At about 9:45 PM on 6/26/22, I placed an online order at this location totaling approximately $30. When I arrive, no one answers... the drive-through speaker, so I pull up to the window and knock. Iris opens the window and tells me ?we?re closed? with a raisedvoice in a blatantly disrespectful tone, clearly annoyed that I knocked on the window instead of just leaving. I respond to herby calmly asking what I am supposed to do about the online order I?ve paid for. At this point, Iris is shouting at me, havingescalated from 0 to 10 in a matter of minutes. Her exact words to me were ?I don?t think you understand what I?m saying, I don?tcare whether you?re hungry or not, we don?t have enough employees so the rule is we have to shut down the store.? I responded byasking her to lower her voice and then I ask her what steps I need to take to get a refund for the $30 I had paid. She respondsto my question in a loud, disrespectful tone ?FIGURE IT OUT!? at which point she shuts the drive-through window in my face. Iwrote this review immediately after the incident so that I could give the most accurate account of what happened. I have never,ever been treated with this degree of disrespect in any restaurant I have frequented. I suppose tomorrow I will spend time?figuring out? how to get a refund And I can guarantee I will NEVER return to this location. I am shocked that does Taco Bellallows its employees to engage in this type of behavior. Read more
