I get it. A minimum wage job so why put in anything more than the minimum amount of work needed. But not only was our steak and... egg sandwiches ICE cold after hearing them in the over for maybe 3 seconds, but they apparently have never wrapped burritosbefore as when I opened the wrapper, EVERYTHING fell out. The bread which is a big part of your sandwich was stale on both my sandwiches. I know they could feel the bread wasn't soft... anymore since they had to hold and cut it. Bread that isn't toasted shouldn't be crunchy at all just saying. Read more

It was fine. It took forever to get through the line. There was only 1 employee for a bit as we waited behind 2 other... customers. Then another walked in from outside, not wearing a mask and never putting one on. She seemed to hate her job and notwant to be there. She made a mobile order then helped with sandwiches. She wasn't rude just not very friendly and like shedidn't want to be there. Read more
They open at 8am we came in 10 minutes until 10am and were told she wasn't gonna open till 10am and blamed previous nights... services. Will not be returning would rather go the extra couple miles to go to the cottage grove location. Read more
Well my review got aged out so I figured they probably improved since my last 1 star review.... They've somehow declined... severely. Literally every single aspect of their business is bottom of the barrel. They don't start your sandwich until you walkin for online orders and even with you standing right there they completely mess it up. I watched the worker absolutely smash mysandwich. So bad I could pull her fingerprints from it. I don't know why I gave them another shot. I am writing this reviewspecifically to remind myself to not do that again. I didn't even eat the sandwich, threw it away outside the store entrance.They don't do refunds or anything to make mess ups right. It was worth wasting $10 to staple this experience to my memory. Stopped here while passing through on i5. First impression, looked very clean. Gabe was working and was extremely friendly and... talkative. Sandwiches were delicious. As we ate, more customers came in and it would have been nice for Gabe to have some helpbut he managed well and maintained great customer service. Such a nice kid! Bathrooms? not the best. Read more
