The last 5 times I've ordered from the take out window, they've forgotten my daughter's ice cream with her meal. I specifically... ask, vanilla in a cup. When I get home to my 3 year old, I have NO ICE CREAM AND AN UPSET 3YEAR OLD DAUGHTER.... GUESS I'M NOTGOING BACK, I'm tired of hearing my daughter cry, because people can't read an order and fill it properly... Used to be perfect, now it's just a nice way to get you for the extra couple bucks for heartache at home......... Read more

Went to grab lunch for my son and I during a break from a project we were helping with. They have 3-4 lanes to stage cars after... ordering food, so the runners can bring your food quickly. There was 1 car in front of me in my lane. 20 mins later, all 3 carsin each of the other lanes and the car in front of me were served and gone, a new group of cars filled up the spots, and some ofthose got their food and left. Finally, a young man came and apologized, saying we are still working on your order. I onlyordered 2 butter burger baskets and two small mixers, flavor of the day. Not a large order. Next a car parked in front of therestaurant got their food, and a few more cars around me got their food. At this point I'm starting to feel invisible. Finally,I get my food, along with an apology from the same young man, and coupons and certificates for 2 free baskets for wasting mylife in the drive through. I start to pull off, and learning from past mistakes, checked my order, no fries in the bag. I pulledinto the spot where the car had parked in front of the building, got out and the young man asked what was wrong, I showed himthe receipt and told him, no fries in the bag. He went in and came out with ???? fries and apologized again. Now I'm just aboutout of time for my lunch break, and had to have my son eat his lunch while I drive back to the project. I try to get a couplebites in while driving. It was not an enjoyable experience. Read more

Staff at Crete location is in need of training. Since the franchise changes hands it stopped being a nice place to dine. Have... not had an order correct in a long time. Workers are friendly, but clearly are not trained to the typical culver's standard. Read more

I liked the cod fish sandwich, very light and fluffy. I will have to order my fries crispy next time. The fries were soggy. The... ice cream is still the creamiest around. Read more

Not sure what happened to this location in steger but the last few times that I visited I had problems. First the cheese sauce... for the pretzel bites was watery and nasty. I called and the manager informed me that it was the new cheese sauce that theyswitched to it was fine. I went back again I ordered the Ruben and I asked for ez sauerkraut and ended up with no sauerkraut andno dressing basically I had a dry Ruben. I bragged on this location being one of the best locations but now this location is onethat I will definitely pass up until changes are made. Read more

Stopped for lunch today with my dog who loves to go out for lunch. We sat outside and Veronica was especially cheerful and... helpful. We watched as she greeted everyone bringing their food out to the cars. The sandwiches were good, freshly cooked. Irecommend this location as they have the best employees, especially Veronica. Customer service is important to us. Read more

This is a fine place to stop for a bit of a step up from the low end fast food. The food is pretty decent, but it does take a... while to get. We had to pull off and wait for a while for it, as I think they cook to order. Chili heads need not bother withthe spicy chicken sandwich - it's really just a chicken sandwich without any detectable kick to the mouth. Read more
