The only reason I came here was to play Slots I did come on a weekday and some pretty dead it seemed like the only people that... were there were there to play Slots so there were only a couple of machines open. They had a few games I like to play though onthe slots which was a plus. It seems like it could be a place that would be fun with more people if you're not there to justplay Slots I was only there for a short time. Read more
This is the worst food ever. A McDonald's breakfast platter is better. Tater tots would break your teeth off. Bacon broke into... pieces while picking it up. The biscuits still had uncooked dough in them. And the flies ate more off the plate then you did. Read more
We have always had a great experience with their food. The burgers are great, but completely disappointed with the fried... mushrooms. They are not your traditional fries mushrooms. Very thin pieces that are breaded and dry inside. Possibly cannedmushrooms breaded. I do not recommend the mushrooms, but everything else is great. Read more
We enjoy the buffet on weekends. When we arrive later, they will cook fresh chicken and fish for it. Our servers are great, and... the owners take pride in the restaurant. It is always clean in the dining room. Read more
Passed by Hilltop after a bit of a wrong turn. Got them delivered on a lark and I am absolutely delighted that I did. Ordered... their double burger open faced, because it's one of my standards. Easy to make and if a restaurant can screw that up, Then I'mnot ordering anything else. Probably the best open face I have ever had. Ordered the double burger and the chicken open face andCan't wait to order the rest of the menu. Seriously love the place. My only problem is there are so many choices and it's hardto choose which one I want to try next. If you have the chance to order from them, or better yet, if you can go in. Go in andorder. Review Date: March 8th, 2012 Hilltop Grill offers an eclectic variety of events and menu items. Good food just isn?t one of... them. After my whirlwind trip to Florida for spring break, one of the first things I did when I returned was visit the HilltopGrill. Like many things, I?ve drove by this place many times and since I was still on vacation, a friend and I decided to stopin for a post-vacation lunch. Neither of us had heard much about the Hilltop, so our expectations were neutral. Walking in, weinstantly liked the layout. It was all wooden and felt like a nice place to get food and/or beer on a weekday night. The menuwasn?t outstanding but it seemed to offer your usual restaurant items. Burgers, fries, appetizers and other things. I feel likeI ordered a burger and fry and my friend ordered something similar. While I don?t quite recall exactly what I ordered, I doremember being severely disappointed in what was served. My friend was almost equally disappointed in the meal they received.The food was bland and the service was alright. We were the only ones in there and even then, the service from the waitresswasn?t great. In all the times I?ve driven by since visiting, they do seem to host some unique events. I?ve seen them hostwrestling matches in their parking lot. I?ve seen midget wrestling (if memory serves me right). I?ve seen car shows. I?ve seen amilitary memorial service there. I believe they also have live music sometimes as well. It sucks to write a bad review. Itnever feels good to speak negatives about a place. That is why I always put this disclaimer in here. Just because I had a badexperience doesn?t mean the place is terrible. I?ve been to places where one time the service is great and the next time itisn?t. We ordered online around 1:45pm... App said to be ready at 2:11 pm... Still got here late at 2:21pm went to the drive thru... window.... No one came to window gave them about 3 to 4 min called and lady answered. She said she'd be there in a moment. 10min passed no one came to window. Called again and lady said, "oh you're at window" me ya picking up online order said name andshe said in 2 min she'll come to me. The wait wasn't worth it food was probably a 3 out of 5. This will not be my stop againfor food. And who knows if I'd pick up for Door dash because when I've picked up for others still takes long for the pick up. This place on food not for me. Read more
