1st off the experience I had was bad beginning to end. The person answering the phone was very unprofessional and would not let... me speak and was not listening to my order that I had to repeat several times. Then when I picked my order up there's was only 5fries in my order so I waited for them to make more fries which made my food cold and late for work..then when I went to eat,the chicken sandwich order was totally wrong and I had to pick off the bacon and other things that I did not want..the foodtasted like it was cooked in old grease and immediately made me literally sick. Asked twice by hostess if we had a pickup order. When told yes, nothing was done to retrieve or check status of order. Food was... still good but a desire was left for better service. Read more

I won?t be returning. When trying to get seated one of the (I will assume) hostesses said ?We only have three waiters.? If you... can?t fully staff the restaurant then close. Then our waiter seemed like she had just snorted something, very weird behavior,forgot things she wrote down about our order and said ?Sorry, one of those days. I think I need a different career.? Our server Iris greeted us warmly. The riblets were piping hot and delicious, along with the onion rings. The salad was very... tasty with all the ingredients being very fresh. Me and my family came for dinner on a Friday night, Tammy the manager was at the door greeting all of the customers coming in.... We just found out she was the manager because last time we was there she was our server and has help us everytime we come tothis location. Kia was our server this time she did amazing!!!! In these days it is hard to find good quality people workinghard. We will definitely come back, this place is 10 times better then the north county location. Read more
I am a huge fan if your French Onion Soup, so of course if my supervisor offers to purchase lunch for the team I stick with what... I know. We placed an order online for curbside pickup which was goin to be ready by 1:22pm-the order included 2spinach artichokedips, chicken wontons, mozzarella sticks, my soup and I can't remember the rest. We were all pretty disappointed in our food,but mine was the worse! Not only did the bread that usually comes with it was replaced with the bottom bun of a hamburger withcheese melted on top, my chicken wontons were so soggy I couldn't eat them!! Was visiting St Louis, my old home town. Area has radically changed! This restaurant had a nice menu, the food was excellent,... our waiter was friendly and helpful, and the Bloody Mary came in a large goblet and was amazing! Read more
