We have stayed in this hotel for two weeks in a row. We’ve had a mix of experiences here. But the worst was definitely from... the server Rita in the bar one night. She barely acknowledged when I walked in and said she had two people in front of me andshe’d be right with me. That’s fine I understand, except for she proceeded to wait on and ring out bills and refresh drinksfor all six people sitting in the bar in front of me. Then she turned to wait in another group who came in after me, althoughthey too have been waiting a very long time. Absolutely rude. If Rita is working, she will get no service from her unlessyou’re sitting at her bar. And it wasn’t about her being busy, she was obviously doing it deliberately. On the flipside, wewent the previous Thursday night and had dinner in the bar , and there was the loveliest woman who waited on us. Friendly sweetattentive kind, she’s just a lovely soul. I only wish now I had caught her name. But if you’re going to try this placeperhaps Thursday night is the charm. Read more
The food was amazing. We had the chicken and waffles, club sandwich, and salad. Big portions, everything was delicious. The... fries were amazing. While a club sandwich is often a generic menu item, this sandwich was really good. Fresh made food. Willdefinitely go back to try the pizza and burgers. Read more

Absolutely horrible service and food. This restaurant really brings down the quality of a wonderful Hotel. Holiday Inn should... evict them from the premises. The server/ bartender made a racist remark about the Hispanic that cooked my food. She also seemlike she was under the influence of something and it wasn't an education. Read more
Stayed at the hotel over three days. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all very good. I especially reccomend the home fries and... french fries. The bacon cheeseburger was awesome! The hotel was extremely shory staffed and despite that the Bracket Room staffstsyed open extra hours which our group loved. By far my favorite bartender was Milan. An all around cool cat with incrediblepeople skills. Was on point with service every day. When things slowed he was a great conversationalist and showed a genuineinterest in our industry which was super cool. Read more
Just eaten a piece of chicken and notice black in the meat. Not burned. Manager apologetic but took a long time to get agreement... that the food was not fit to be served. Eventually agreed, refunded food Following response from owner, I can't find a place toreply so have edited my review. I am about to board a plane at Dulles. I thought you would see the location by the photo. Thiswas exactly my point to the staff. 'What are you going to do to ensure this doesn't happen to any other diner?' Noresponse. Let's hope I don't get sick on the flight!! Glad you're taking it seriously. Just refunding the food really doesn'tgo far enough. It was sickening. Read more
Tucked away in a quiet corner of creve coeur is a real gem. This hotel restaurant really stands on its on feet. The tacos were... amazing. And they serve breakfast all day. The staff was very friendly and engaging. Read more
The food was fabulous and service awesome and atmosphere wonderful. Went a second night. food was great again. Pizza second... night cheeseburger first night and fries both nights well worth it an Rita the night bar tender Is friendly and gunny to talkwith. the afternoon shift was also there to start and the boss and early bartender was also great. And the cook did a fantasticjob. Thank you for ending the day with great food, drinks and company. Makes working and being away from home easier. Read more
