This trip was not so great. I expected a wait due to the first football game of the season but this was ridiculous. Our... waiter gave us our food and never came back, I actually walked to him to address some things. Never received any refills and Ihad to stop another waiter for our check and to go containers. Food was cold and not as requested. Extra wet means extrasauce, our boneless chicken was dry like they spooned sauce over it versus tossing it ( as requested). The wings and onion rings were very good. I knew they were very fresh because I had to wait 20 minutes until my order was... ready. There were over 10 to 15 different choices available for their chicken wings but worth the wait. The only thing I wasn't happy with is the fact you can't call ahead to order your food. I wish I could give zero stars. Management is pretty poor here, and we two waited for at least half-hour and finally got the... seating. When she came to take the order, I said we were ready for the order. She responded rudely,” I have had twenty otherthings to do." The environment looks closed with all the chairs on the table and not busy. Why, in the first place, are theyaccepting customers? To insult the customers? I don't recommend eating dine-in at this place. Poor management, lousy service,and disrespect to customers. Sarah, Brittany, and Rachell are serving at that time. So there was a incident with my food last night, nothing horrible but being a restaurant that prides itself on good service and... great standards it shouldn't of happened. Long story short the manager addressed it and took reasonably action paying for myfamily's meals that night. My family and I go to this location all the time we have also been to other locations but this is thebest one, even during the pandemic they provided great service. We selected dine in for this visit. The booth we were escorted to was dirty. We had to ask to have it cleaned. There is a sign... on the door advising of longer wait times for food due to being short staffed. However, we received our appetizers and mealquickly. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Our wing order was missing one of the selected flavors and our waitress wasquick to rectify. The experience overall was good minus the dirty booth. I totally recommend giving this location a try. What we liked about this restaurant Lots of options to choose from for wings Appetizers. Who would go to BWW for a cheeseburger? Well I sure did. Of course everyone knows their chicken wings and the rest of their... chicken products speak for themselves but about that cheeseburger. I ordered the regular cheeseburger which is a double pattysmash burger product with lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles. It came out pretty quickly and looked almost just like thepicture on the menu.
