Took around 20 minutes in the Drive thru to get the order. Could have been faster. Still better than other locations we have... been to. Only one person making the food while there are four employees working at that time. Read more
I had the worst experience here. I waited half an hour for my mobile order while at least 10 cars went through the drive thru.... They told me to pull forward (did not specify what that meant) and then forgot about me. I called and was put on hold then hungup on immediately. Dine in was closed even tho it says its supposed to be open. The employees seemed like they truly don't care,I had to meet the manager on the other side of the restaurant to pickup my drive thru mobile order and she made me get out of mycar and walk up and grab it from her myself. I just order one spicy chicken sandwich in the drive through window. It took 46 minutes until I got sandwich. That was not... acceptable service. That Berger king needs change the management staff. Read more
