Took around 20 minutes in the Drive thru to get the order. Could have been faster. Still better than other locations we have... been to. Only one person making the food while there are four employees working at that time. Read more
I had the worst experience here. I waited half an hour for my mobile order while at least 10 cars went through the drive thru.... They told me to pull forward (did not specify what that meant) and then forgot about me. I called and was put on hold then hungup on immediately. Dine in was closed even tho it says its supposed to be open. The employees seemed like they truly don't care,I had to meet the manager on the other side of the restaurant to pickup my drive thru mobile order and she made me get out of mycar and walk up and grab it from her myself. This is the "Big King" sandwich next to a regular size Mike and Ike candy. Can you say false advertising? The chicken sandwich... was also burnt my 11 year old had trouble eating it. To mention, the staff is super rude at this location. You can feel thetension at this place. Horrible customer service, no greeting customer, no saying anything. PLEASE READ. I would never put a bad review as I worked at the industry and know how hard it could get. But this place is a... joke. After ordering a chicken sandwich for almost 6$ I waited 16 minutes for it and someone literally just throws it to theopen car window. I did took a bite, but it was impossible to eat.
